Mindfulness is not only useful to help you remember where you left the car-keys, or where on earth that “safe place” is that you stored something important. If we want to be kinder, more skilful in our words and actions and if we want to become better practitioners, learning to be mindful of what is happening particularly in our minds, as well as around us is imperative.
