The Top Five Regrets of the Dying
2pm Saturday 21 November 2015
Our next workshop will be held Saturday 21st November from 2 pm till 4.30pm.
In this, our last workshop for 2015, we want to look at “The Top Five Regrets of the Dying” based on the book by Bronnie Ware, a palliative care nurse. Although based on her own experience, rather than broad research, this book struck a chord, judging by its instant popularity. This delightful memoir has been described as “a courageous, life-changing book which gives hope for a better world.”
We plan to look at these regrets in the light of our own lives and experience in the hope that we can live our forthcoming years without regret.
We look forward to seeing you there. Our famous afternoon tea will be there too!

“Men come and they go and they trot and they dance, and never a word about death. All well and good. Yet when death does come – to them, their wives, their children, their friends – catching them unawares and unprepared, then what storms of passion overwhelm them, what cries what fury, what despair! Let us deprive death of its strangeness let us frequent it, let us get used to it. To practice death is to practice freedom.” Michel Eyquem de Montaigne 1533-1592
