Screening at the Luna on SX: Essex St in Fremantle
HBC is pleased to support this initiative by a group of keen volunteers and organisations in Fremantle. All proceeds of this event will go to help Jhamtse Gatsal, a special school on a remote mountaintop of the Himalayas which is home for 85 abandoned and neglected children. Founded by Lobsang Phunstok, a former Buddhist monk, Tashi and the Monk tells the story of Lobsang and his newest arrival, feisty five-year-old Tashi.

Geshe Ngawang Sonam, HBC’s resident teacher, will give a short talk and blessing before the screening.
