Buddhist insights into how to deal with the inner causes of stress.
Internationally renowned Buddhist scholar, Ling Rinpoche, has studied texts on understanding the mind his entire life. For this one evening Rinpoche will share his insights on Buddhist science, philosophy and practice and how they relate to overcoming the stress and difficulties in our lives.
His Eminence the 7th Ling Rinpoche has taught in many countries including in Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada, the United States, Mexico and Israel, as well as in many Tibetan settlements throughout India, Nepal and the Himalayan regions.
H.E. Ling Rinpoche was recognised by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama as the reincarnation of His Principal Tutor, the 6th Kyabje Yongzin Ling Rinpoche, one of the most renowned and qualified masters of the 20th century.
