• Understanding Your Mind

Better understand how you view yourself, others and all phenomena. This teaching briefly looks at the mind and the mental factors that apprehend a particular quality of an object that the principal consciousness is perceiving. It is a key to identifying and cultivating positive attitudes that lead to peace and well-being.

• Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation

Over two session, this teaching will summarise the main Buddhist principles and how they apply to daily life. This

• One-Day Retreat: Buddha’s Mantra Practice

Reciting the mantra of the historical Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, is a particularly powerful way to develop mindfulness and positive states of mind and purify negative karma. The practice involves focusing your concentration on visualising the Buddha and reciting his mantra in an experiential way. No initiation or previous experience is necessary.
